1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Lordan app or visiting lordan.io, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Lordan Labs LLC, based in New Jersey, USA (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lordan. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
2. No Therapy or Medical Advice
Lordan is not therapy, diagnosis, or a medical service.
It is an AI-powered educational and communication tool designed to strengthen reasoning, organize complex thinking, and improve communication skills — not a substitute for professional care.
Lordan does not provide:
- Medical or psychological advice
- Diagnosis or treatment
- Legal or financial advice
- Emergency or crisis response
By using Lordan, you agree that the service is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
3. Platform Use
The Lordan app is available on the Apple App Store. Your use is subject to these Terms and Apple’s platform-specific terms.
Lordan is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing
Lordan offers a 24-hour trial with full access to all features. After the trial, you may continue with limited Free access or choose a paid subscription.
- Standard — cumulative access to 26 conversation modes, voice with text, 12 languages
- Premium — all 50 conversation modes, Realtime AI voice, and Flow Mode
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple’s App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple’s terms.
5. Responsible Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Share abusive, illegal, or harmful content
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates local or platform-specific laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse occurs.
6. Intellectual Property
“Lordan” is a trademark of Lordan Labs LLC (USPTO application pending). All content, features, branding, and technology in the app and website are owned by Lordan Labs LLC. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute without written permission.
7. Session Memory and Vault
Temporary continuity. Lordan may retain limited conversation context securely on server-side infrastructure for up to 24 hours to support continuity. This context is configured for automatic deletion after that period and is not used by Lordan for advertising profiles or to train Lordan-owned models.
- Continuity context is limited to what is needed to preserve the conversation experience
- It may remain available for up to 24 hours
- It is configured for automatic deletion after the retention period
- Third-party AI and speech providers may process input under their applicable terms, safeguards, and retention configurations
Vault (optional). Items you choose to save to Vault are encrypted and stored locally on your device. You control what is saved and can delete saved items at any time. Vault is separate from temporary server-side continuity.
8. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time within the app at Settings → Request Account Deletion. Upon deletion, your account and related authentication data will be removed.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or remove access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Service “as-is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or website. We also reserve the right to modify the app’s design, screens, or features at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
