This manual shows how Lordan works in practice: how to speak, send, pause, save, switch modes, and use key controls with confidence. It is designed to be useful on day one and easy to revisit later.

Two visual states matter most during voice use: idle and listening. Once you recognize them, Lordan becomes much easier to control without guessing.
Idle
Lordan is ready, but not currently listening. Tap or press and hold to begin speaking.
Speaking
Lordan is actively listening for your voice. Tap again or release, depending on your input style, to send.
Two simple ways to send a message.
Use whichever style feels more natural. Tap-to-send is easy for deliberate speech. Hold-to-send is faster when you want more control.

Use taps when you want a clear start and send action.
Hold to speak
Use press-and-hold when you want to talk in one continuous push.
Run a more continuous conversation loop.
Flow Mode is built for back-and-forth conversation. Turn on Flow with the 3-ring icon or enable it in Settings, then tap the mic to begin. Flow can run an automatic loop of up to 12 responses.
- Tap the mic to start a conversation.
- While Flow is running, tap the mic to pause the cycle.
- Tap the mic again to resume.
- Tap Stop (−) to end the cycle and return to idle.

These controls shape how Lordan listens, speaks, saves, and switches between conversation styles. Learn them once, and everyday use becomes much faster.
Top Bar
Mode
Tap to switch conversation style, such as Casual Talk or a more specialized mode.
Past sessions
View and revisit previous conversation sessions.
Language
Tap to change the app language and voice recognition language.
Settings
Open preferences like Flow, audio behavior, and appearance.
Buttons
New chat
Starts a fresh chat in the same mode. You will be asked to confirm.
Flow
Premium. Turns Flow Mode on or off for up to 12 automatic responses.
Bluetooth
Route audio to a Bluetooth device, AirPods, or CarPlay. Tap for details.
Stop
Stops playback and returns to idle. In Flow, it also ends the cycle.
Mute
Mutes voice audio only. The transcript may continue.
Replay
Replays the last response.
Text chat
Switch to text-based chat.
Voice
Switch to voice conversation.
Save
Save conversations you want to keep. Tap the bookmark icon anytime during a session.
Vault
Access your saved conversations in the Vault. Tap the lock icon.
Daily streak
Use Lordan daily to build your streak. The flame appears next to the mic.
Important notes
- Lordan requires an internet connection.
- Mic permission is required for voice input.
- Mute silences audio only — the transcript may continue.
- Tap the mic to stop a response mid-playback.
- Switching modes starts a new chat automatically.
